Letters to Lambeau

"I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated this endeavor. It was wonderful, exciting, emotional and healing. Both Dave & I found ourselves laughing, in tears, and having the feeling of closeness to all the veterans - I can see why they call it a "brotherhood." So many people came up to us to welcome Dave home as we did in turn to others. Their response was truly heartwarming when we shook their hands and said "welcome home and thank you for your service." Everything was done with excellence. The motorcycle ride over from La Crosse was probably the highlight for Dave and me, but the program on Saturday night was truly inspiring, along with all the exhibits. We can't thank the committee enough for taking this on. I'm thinking that God will bless all the efforts of those involved." - Dave and Sandi
